Refund policy

Testing Kits

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they ship (usually within 1–2 business days of purchase). Once shipped, Collection Kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and all seals or tags remain intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Collection Kits that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return or refund.

One-Off Products

We offer a 30-day return window on our Total Body Wellness Shake product. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of purchase.

Scheduled Appointments

All appointments are paid in full at the time of booking. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are eligible for partial credit, and no-show appointments are non-refundable.
