Cancellation policy

One-Time Purchases

Orders placed as a one-time purchase may be canceled or modified within 24 Hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet entered production or fulfillment. Once preparation or shipping has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.


Subscription Orders

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next scheduled charge to avoid being billed for the upcoming order.
  • Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Prepaid or Bundle Purchase Options

Prepaid plans or bundled purchase options are non-refundable once the first order has been processed.

  • You may pause or reschedule future deliveries, but unused portions are not eligible for refunds.
  • If a prepaid plan is canceled, any fulfilled or in-progress orders will be deducted from the original purchase amount.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will automatically attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be completed after 3 attempts, the subscription may be paused or canceled.

Customers can manage their purchase options by:

  • Logging into their customer account, or
  • Contacting us at info@nutraceuticalhealthgroup.com before the applicable cutoff time.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will apply to future orders only.
